60, 90 or 120 minutes: choosing your session length
We offer three session lengths. Each one has a different feel and a different purpose.
60 minutes: focused work
A 60-minute session is great when you have one or two areas that need attention, like neck and shoulders or low back and hips. It’s also a good fit for regular maintenance visits.
Best for: targeted relief, a quick reset, fitting massage into a busy week.
90 minutes: the sweet spot
Ninety minutes leaves time for full-body work and detailed attention where you need it most. Your body has time to settle in and let go, so the deeper work is often more effective.
Best for: first visits, full-body tension, anyone who leaves a 60 wishing they had more time.
120 minutes: unhurried and thorough
Two hours is for chronic tension, deep recovery, or when you want to completely switch off. Nothing feels rushed, and there’s room to revisit stubborn spots.
Best for: long-standing tightness, recovery after big efforts, a true treat.
Still not sure?
Think about how many areas you want worked on. One or two areas: 60. Full body plus a problem spot: 90. Everything, slowly: 120.
You can also add hot stone, cupping, or aromatherapy to any session. Book your session and choose what feels right.
