About

Meaningful bodywork starts with listening.

Benjamin Kay, LMT

A proud Arvada native

Benjamin has always had a passion for helping people. After graduating from Arvada West Senior High School in 2014, he went on to the Denver School of Massage Therapy and graduated from its massage therapy program that same year.

He believes meaningful bodywork begins with meaningful communication. By listening closely to each client and paying attention to how their body responds, he works to understand both the person and their muscles.

His approach is thoughtful, detailed, and personalized. He’s always exploring new ways to communicate through touch, so clients feel more comfortable, move more freely, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Outside the studio, Benjamin competes in billiards and spends time outdoors playing disc golf. In both, he values connection, continuous learning, and finding ways to help people feel their best.
